Overview

Garden Care is a personal gardening companion. We collect only what is needed to run your account, store your plants and care logs, and provide weather-aware guidance for your garden location.

Information we collect

• Account: email address and authentication data when you sign up or sign in (including OAuth with Google or Apple, if you choose those options).
• Garden data: plant names, care tasks, logs, garden areas, fertilizer preferences, and optional photos you upload for plant identification or records.
• Location: approximate garden coordinates you set in the app, used to fetch local weather forecasts. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device: push notification tokens if you enable reminders.

How we use information

• Operate the app and sync your data between devices signed into your account.
• Generate plant care suggestions and identify plants from photos using third-party AI services (processed on our servers; photos are not made public).
• Send transactional email (for example, email verification) and optional reminders.
• Improve reliability and fix errors.

Storage and sharing

Your data is stored in our database and private object storage. Plant photos are visible only to your account. We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers (hosting, email, cloud storage, and AI APIs) only to operate the product.

Your choices

You can update garden settings, delete plants, and sign out at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, open Profile in the app and tap Delete account, or use Settings on the web after signing in at mygarden.care.
